The Elements is a collection of privately owned beachfront residences in Playa del Carmen. While some guests come for a short escape, many return season after season or stay long enough to feel like locals. Owners and guests often share space, stories, and sundown cocktails by the pool. The same resort-style services offered to visitors are the ones we enjoy ourselves.
There is space here to live well, whether that means swimming in the morning, working from your terrace in the afternoon, or gathering friends for a long evening meal. This is a place that invites you to slow down, settle in, and feel connected, to the coast, to the town, and to each other.
The People Behind It
Every home here is owned by someone who fell in love with this place and decided to stay a little longer. We are travelers, families, remote professionals, retirees—each drawn by the energy of Playa and the calm of the sea. We care about what makes a stay here memorable because we live it ourselves.
Ask us for a restaurant tip, a dive contact, or the best route to the cenotes, and we will probably have ten ideas. Owners here act as ambassadors, happy to help guests feel at home in the building and in Playa itself.

Where to Find Us
We are located on the north end of Playa, just beyond the busiest part of town. The beach is just beyond the terrace. The pool sits at the center. Markets, cafés, and shops are a short walk away and everything else is easy to reach.
