Booking Your Visit

We’ll help you find the right place for the kind of trip you’re planning.

Traveling with children? We’ll highlight units with easy access to the pool and extra room to move around.
Planning a dive trip? We can help arrange your gear, secure local guides, and coordinate your schedule.
Hosting a family gathering? We’ll assist with layouts, shared spaces, and anything else that makes group travel easier.

If you’re still deciding on timing or just want to ask a few questions, that’s fine too. Send a note—we’ll get back to you quickly.

Getting Here

Most guests fly into Cancún, but some do fly into Tulum. Either airport has taxi, car rental, public transportation options to transport you to Playa del Carmen.

If you’re driving in, here is an interactive map to help you navigate your way down the coast. It is usually less than a one hour drive from the Cancun Airport to PdC, and about one and one half hours from Tulum.

When You Arrive

If you own here, are renting directly from an owner, or are renting through a property management group, our team is here to support your arrival.

You will need to check in at the front desk to register all guests and receive property information, register your car if you have one, and receive wristbands for access to amenities.

We are happy to assist you with your bags and to show you to your unit, providing you information about our community along the way.

Making the Most of It

Need something during your visit? Just let us know.

Our concierge and beach club staff are happy to help you schedule a massage or point you in the right direction for where to find what you are looking for in town.
If you need help with tours and activities, you’ll find that our staff have good recommendations and our concierge can assist you with booking just the right experience.
And if you want to capture your experience with photos, our recommended photographer can be booked in advance to capture your gathering, family event, or group excursion—allowing you to take those memories home with you.
